  • 26/04 the absence of miriam lane - abigail corfman interactive fiction haunting
+ "Sometimes people give pieces of themselves away. Sometimes they give too much and who they are wears thin. They become an absence. A hole in the world. And a terrible Light shines through."
  • 23/04what happens next - @maximumgraves webcomic internet
+ this was agonisingly painful to read and i really do not use that lightly. every character feels conciously crafted to walk the fine line of sympathetic but deeply morally flawed. i found myself empathising most with Claire, but even then my sympathy was tempered by her painful alienation of everyone around her. this gets said every time this gets brought up, but man, this does such a good job of emulating internet conventions, from softboi-tumblr to kiwifarms. can't wait to read more.
